“I am plea­sed to wri­te this refe­rence let­ter for Ms. Aria­ne Her­bak, who work­ed for us as an inte­rim mana­ger from 02.11.2022 to 27.06.2024. In this role, Ms. Her­bak was deploy­ed to sup­port and opti­mi­ze our HR soft­ware Rexx Sys­tems. Her acti­vi­ties included the fol­lo­wing tasks:

• 2nd level sup­port for Rexx Sys­tems: Ms. Her­bak took over the 2nd level sup­port and ensu­red that any pro­blems that aro­se were sol­ved effi­ci­ent­ly and prompt­ly. She also found very good solu­ti­ons to com­plex pro­blems and chal­lenges in the shor­test pos­si­ble time. The focus was always on our sus­tainable use of the system.

• Imple­men­ta­ti­on of indi­vi­du­al con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons: Ms. Her­bak was respon­si­ble for the imple­men­ta­ti­on of indi­vi­du­al soft­ware con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons of Rexx Sys­tems. Due to her in-depth know­ledge of the sys­tem and her tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding, she was able to quick­ly deve­lop cus­to­mi­zed soft­ware solu­ti­ons that met the high requi­re­ments of our company.

• Car­ry­ing out error ana­ly­ses and trou­ble­shoo­ting: When sys­tem errors occur­red, Ms. Her­bak car­ri­ed out detail­ed error ana­ly­ses and deve­lo­ped effi­ci­ent solu­ti­ons quick­ly and prag­ma­ti­cal­ly. Her ana­ly­ti­cal thin­king and struc­tu­red approach enab­led her to iden­ti­fy and resol­ve even com­plex error cau­ses extre­me­ly fast.

• Imple­men­ta­ti­on of new sys­tem pro­ces­ses and sys­tem adjus­t­ments: Ms. Her­bak suc­cessful­ly imple­men­ted new pro­ces­ses in the sys­tem and made neces­sa­ry sys­tem adjus­t­ments. Her abili­ty to model new pro­ces­ses and inte­gra­te them into the exis­ting sys­tem was an essen­ti­al part of impro­ving our digi­tal HR processes.

• Con­duc­ting soft­ware trai­ning: To ensu­re accep­tance and effec­ti­ve use of the sys­tem, Ms. Her­bak con­duc­ted trai­ning ses­si­ons for our employees. Her trai­ning ses­si­ons were always prac­ti­cal and under­stan­da­ble and enab­led par­ti­ci­pan­ts to make opti­mum use of the sys­tem. Thanks to the­se trai­ning ses­si­ons, as well as the spe­ci­al­ly crea­ted ins­truc­tions, she ensu­red a very good trans­fer of know­ledge to our com­pa­ny at all times.

During the pro­ject, Ms. Her­bak always stood out for her high level of pro­fes­sio­na­lism, relia­bi­li­ty and exper­ti­se. She work­ed inde­pendent­ly, goal-ori­en­ted and pro­ved to be an extre­me­ly valuable sup­port for our team. We were very impres­sed by her abili­ty to quick­ly fami­lia­ri­ze hers­elf with exis­ting sys­tems and her excel­lent solu­ti­ons.

We have enga­ged Ms. Aria­ne Her­bak from Her­bak Con­sul­ting S.L.U. as inte­rim mana­ger for the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on of the HR soft­ware Rexx Sys­tems. As a key user, she suc­cessful­ly sup­port­ed us from Febru­ary 2023 to June 2024 to reach our digi­tiza­ti­on goals:

      • Roll-out of Rexx Sys­tems in India: As the sole pro­ject mana­ger, Ms. Her­bak was respon­si­ble for the com­ple­te imple­men­ta­ti­on and con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on, as well as the fol­lo­wing suc­cessful roll-out of Rexx Sys­tems in India.
      • Data migra­ti­ons and inter­face cus­to­miza­ti­ons: Her­bak car­ri­ed out com­plex data migra­ti­ons from exis­ting IT sys­tems to Rexx Sys­tems. At the same time, she adapt­ed inter­faces to ensu­re the inte­gra­ti­on of our exis­ting IT sys­tems into Rexx Systems.
      • Set up and cus­to­mi­ze various modu­les: Imple­men­ta­ti­on, enhance­ments and cus­to­miza­ti­on of various Rexx Sys­tems modu­les to suit our inter­nal processes.
      • Con­duc­ting soft­ware trai­ning: Trai­ning of our employees on how to use new sys­tem func­tions effec­tively, as well as know­ledge transfer.
      • 2nd level sup­port of Rexx Sys­tems: Ensu­ring a smooth ope­ra­ti­on and sol­ving com­plex user problems.

    Ms. Her­bak impres­sed us with her in-depth and exten­si­ve IT know­ledge in the are­as of HR soft­ware, inter­face con­nec­tion and data migra­ti­on. Thanks to her exper­ti­se, our high requi­re­ments could be imple­men­ted quick­ly and suc­cessful­ly. The sus­tainable bene­fits of the imple­men­ted solu­ti­ons and the know­ledge trans­fer to our inter­nal employees were always the focus. Due to the very good per­for­mance and the enorm­ous pro­gress made in the sys­tem, we exten­ded the pro­ject with Her­bak Con­sul­ting S.L.U.
